Gallatin River - Thu, May 12th
We just got a report that yesterday on the Gallatin fish were up on March Browns and Caddis in the valley, even in the higher water. The river is definitely clearer than a couple of days ago but we’re not making any promises that it’s going to stay that way. Today is supposed to be gorgeous so the river will probably continue to rise. Hopefully clarity will maintain enough for the fish to rise. As always, be careful wading with the water on the rise. Don’t go out any farther than you need to and certainly not to the point where you can’t see your feet. We don’t need any of our customers getting washed away.
