Fishing Reports

Missouri River - Thu, May 12th

Flows have been coming up quite regularly which had made for less consistent fishing yesterday. Fish are eating well so long as you can find the water they are in and get the flies to them. Look for slow, deep water next to heavy current and vary your weight. We've been fishing 9' leaders with either an AB or AB+BB split shot  configuration and doing well enough when the flows are stable. Prickly Pear is dirty but it's impact on the main river is getting less and less everyday and there is still good water down to Craig. We expect to see better conditions throughout the lower river perhaps by this weekend just so long as it doesn't rain again.
