The Upper is running high with visibility fluctuating up to 10 inches or so.  More visible flies such as stonefly nymphs and worms trailed by flashy mayfly or caddis beadheads drifted close to the bank will still catch fish in high water.  Conditions might get worse with all the rain in the forecast this week.
