Fishing Reports

Missouri River - Tue, May 24th

It's been raining up here for a little over 24 hours now which has caused the tributaries to really come up. The river is too dirty to fish down past Mid-Canon (which is closed anyway) to fish so boat traffic is all up between the dam and the Dearborn. The fish are starting to seem to be a little wary of the worm and firebead stuff the last few days so we've been doing better with smaller nymphs and small worms. Longer leaders and more weight and better drifts make the difference between a few and a lot of fish. Also not being the twentieth boat in a run helps too!
