Baetis have made for good dry fly action on overcast days, but sunny days can make it tough to find many fish feeding on the surface.  Small sculpins, leeches and buggers have been catching fish in the deeper pools.  Nymphing with little worms, baetis and midge nymphs has been most reliable when the hatches aren't coming off.
