The Lower it still high and running fast; however, if you have access to a boat the it’s fishing good. It’s simply too fast in many areas to fish it from the bank. Stonefly nymphs and sculpins with worms and dark beadheads off the back have been producing fish. The fishing isn’t that hot but I’ve talked to a few people that have had good days down there.
