Upper Madison - Wed, Jun 22nd

The walk/wade section on the Upper continues to be one of the better options around that isn’t a lake. Darker stonefly nymphs are still the best producers with a variety smaller beadheads and worms off the back. Dead drift sculpins are still a good choice too. Right now the West Fork of the Madison is the main culprit behind the bulk of dirty water, but expect that to change with this warmer weather to come.
