Flows on the Upper have slowly been edging up over the past few days, but all the feeders are dumping. The river in the town of Ennis has barely a few inches of visibility. There maybe some clearer water between the lakes, but there will be half the fishing population of Gallatin County too. If it is busy you could fish Hebgen, which has continued to fish well with crayfish, leeches, and chironomids.
