Fishing Reports

Big Horn River - Mon, Jan 9th

Fishing on the Bighorn has been great if you don’t mind the wind.  Unfortunately there has been some very consistent wind blowing over there.   Many fish are being caught by all accounts that I’ve been hearing.  Nymph fishing is easy with the usual Bighorn stuff.  Worms, sowbugs, scuds, midges and BWO patterns have all been good.  Streamer fishing continues to produce very well.  When the wind isn’t blowing too hard there has been some good dry fly action.   Midges as usual during winter, but also blue-winged olives have been coming off with the warm weather.
