Lower Madison - Tue, Dec 27th

Well, the Lower had been fishing really well.  Then yesterday they decided to start jacking up the flows again.  The Lower is back up to 1900cfs.  We’re not sure what it’s going to do to the fishing that had been so good for December, but we can’t imagine it’s going to help.  Oh well…
