Missouri River - Sun, Aug 7th
The Missouri is still around 6,000 cfs. That’s a little high for some to wade but there are still plenty of people getting after it with out a boat. Evening caddis is probably the best opportunity for wade fishers. Overcast days may give up some PMD fishing. We haven’t heard anything about trico’s yet. The boats are still doing well nymphing along with the same dry fly opportunities the wade fishers have, probably more because they have so much more river available. Dry fly fishing should improve as the trico’s build.
