Upper Madison - Mon, Aug 22nd

More of the same on the Upper.  The hopper bite still hasn’t really turned on except when the fish feel like it.  Small attractor dries catch small fish and nymphing/streamer fishing will take the larger ones.  Some days are better than others, yadda yadda yadda.  Is it any wonder that a lot of us Bozeman kids would rather just fish the Lower Madison early to get ahead of the tubers?  What’s so bad about bikinis, anyway?
