Fishing Reports

Yellowstone River - Tue, Dec 27th

The Yellowstone has been a bit more fishable this past week.  Recent warmer weather has opened up the river quite a bit although not so much that you would want to float it.  Wade fishing is an option and we’ve heard of people doing well on nymphs and maybe even a little bit of midge dry fly fishing on warm calm afternoons.  Honest, there have been at least two of those this winter.  It’s still not red hot, but if you’re just dieing to fish the Yellowstone it wouldn’t be a totally insane thing to do.
